Pineview Apartments came to BT Creative wanting a name, brand, and website overhaul that attracted residents to their newly renovated property. We crafted a branding system that positioned the newly-named Lark Apartments as a standout living option in Happy Valley. Emphasizing its community-oriented environment, we set it apart from competitors with a captivating story and visual identity centered around an approachable hand-drawn aesthetic and logo.
